Your Path to Healing
Based in Chichester, West Sussex, I offer tailored therapy sessions to support your emotional well-being.

I hold a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, registered with membership of the BACP.
Being an integrative therapist means I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. I draw on different therapeutic styles alongside EMDR including body based awareness and mindfulness. This means creating a process that is grounded, compassionate and truly suited to you.

Sometimes that means exploring the past, sometimes it is giving you tools for the present. Often it is a blend of both.

If you or someone you care about is in need of a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard, I will work side by side with you to explore what you need and to create a path forward that is unique to you and feels right.

Reaching out isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone, I’m here to walk alongside you.

"Julie, let me begin by saying how grateful I am to you for the work you have done with my son. Not only that, but for the really useful dialogue we have had which has helped myself and my husband learn to cope with and understand what our son has been feeling and going through.
He is a different young man. When you first met him he could barely give eye contact or get through a conversation and now he is working, realising the world is not so bad and taking control of his future.
Julie, I would love to give you a glowing recommendation. Your work is life changing and I will be forever grateful to you as I am sure our son is too (I suspect that level of reflection will come later in life!)"

"Julie has helped me so much to understand my past traumas and how they have been impacted on my present.

We have started using EMDR to take the negative emotion away from the memory so it can be just that - a memory."
"Julie has been excellent in helping our son to talk and open up at a pace that was just right for him. He is regulating his feelings much more often and finds it easier to label and identify what he is feeling.

He asks for help more readily and is much calmer generally at home."
